Effect of Different Deoxidizer on the Cleanliness of Gas Bottle Steels

摘要: 研究使用两种不同脱氧剂对气瓶钢进行脱氧后的连铸坯中显微夹杂物及大颗粒夹杂物的组成、数量以及各工序钢中总氧含量。结果表明:使用硅钙钡锶镁合金对气瓶钢进行脱氧可以减少铸坯中显微夹杂物数量和大颗粒夹杂物数量,并使得铸坯中氧化铝夹杂和钙铝酸盐夹杂明显减少,使得硫化物夹杂和硅铝酸钙盐复合夹杂物增多,但对总氧含量影响不大。使用铝脱氧和硅钙钡锶镁合金脱氧都能将铸坯中总氧的含量控制在12×10-6以下。研究表明硅钙钡镁锶脱氧剂的收得率有待进一步提高。Abstract: The current study investigated the effect of two different deoxidizers on the composition and number of micro-inclusions and macro-inclusions,and the total oxygen content(T[O]) in the gas bottle steels.Using Si-Ca-Ba-Mg-Sr alloy as a deoxidizer decreased the number of micro-inclusions and macro-inclusions,and the inclusions of alumina and Al2O3-CaO in the billet,while increased inclusions of sulfides and SiO2-Al2O3-CaO.The different deoxidizers affected little on the T[O] which all can be controlled below 12×10-6.The yield of Si-Ca-Ba-Mg-Sr alloy as a deoxidizer should be improved in the future studies.
