红外碳硫仪测定V2O3中的全碳及影响因素

摘要: 经过大量的对照试验、工作曲线校正及标准加入法等建立了红外碳硫仪(CS-344)测定V2O3中碳的分析方法,并验证了该方法及碳分析数据是准确可靠的。经精密度检验,当V2O3中碳在002%~005%的范围内,其测定结果的相对标准偏差≤70%。通过大量实验确认了铵盐的存在及V2O3中碳含量随时间延长的逐渐降低是影响红外法准确定碳的主要因素。Abstract: An analytical method of measuring carbon in V2O3 with infrared absorption carbon-sulphur analysis unit(CS-344) is established through a number of comparative tests, work curve correction and standard addition process. The method and carbon analysis data are reliable through rechecking. Determination results show that relative standard deviation ≤ 7.0% is achieved by accuracy test within the range of 0.02%~0.05% C in V2O3. Through a number of tests it is identified that Ammonium salt present and carbon content in V2O3 decreased gradually with longer time are major influencing factors on accurate measurement carbon with the infrared method.
