LF熔渣发泡剂的使用
APPLICATION OF FOAMING AGENT IN MOLTEN LF SLAG

摘要: 使用碳酸盐发泡剂在120t钢包炉上进行了泡沫渣埋弧加热试验。试验结果表明:发泡剂的发泡性能能够满足泡沫渣埋弧加热工艺要求;加入120kg发泡剂,熔渣的相对发泡高度约为100%,发泡持续时间8min以上;当加热时间为11~15min时,泡沫渣埋弧加热的钢液平均升温速度提高了18.6%。Abstract: The tests of submerged arc heating in foamy slag were conducted by the use of the carbonate foaming agent in 120t ladle furnace. The test results show the foaming property of the foaming agent can meet the requirements of submerged arc heating process in foamy slag,When 120kg foaming agent is added,the relative foaming height of the molten slag is about 100%,the foaming of molten slag continue over 8 min. The average temperature rise rate of molten steel by means of submerged arc heating in foamy slag is increased by 18. 6 % when the heating time is 11~15min.
