STUDY ON STRUCTURE TYPE OF SUBMERGED ENTRY NOZZLE FOR BLOOM CONTINUOUS CASTING MOLD

摘要: 从建立合理的结晶器内流场角度出发,提出了结晶器伸入式水口设计与评价原则。通过水模实验和计算结果表明攀钢大方坯连铸结晶器采用向上角度的四孔水口结构形式最为合理。Abstract: The principles of design and evaluation for submerged entry nozzle (SEN) were put forward based on the view of establishing rational flow pattern in mold.On the base of water model experiment and numerical simulation,the reasonable structure type of SEN was obtained for the bloom continuous casting mold at PZH Steel. The SEN has four holes with upward angle.
