摘要:
研究了采用氧气顶吹法对含钒铁水进行的钠镁化处理。考察了镁砂的加入量、加入时间及渣中Na2O,CaO,MgO对试验结果的影响,并与钠化提钒进行了比较。100kg级中频感应炉试验结果表明:在镁砂用量与碳酸钠用量之比约为1.3的情况下,钒氢化率为83.23%,脱硫率为77.49%,脱磷率为83、79%,碳烧损率为12.53%。渣中钒的直接水浸率为93.8%,并节约了20%的碳酸钠。

Abstract:
Vanadium recovery from hot metal containing vanadium with soda and magnesia by oxygen top blowing is discussed.The effect of the amount of magncsia added,MgO addition time and the Na2O, CaO,MgO content in the slag is examined.The expcrirnental resuIts show that when MgO/Na2CO3 mass radio is about 1.3,the rate of vanadium oxidation is 83.23%,the extent of desufurization,dephosporization and decarbonization is 77.49%,83.19%,12.53%respectively,the rate of vanadium directly leachcd from slag is 93.89%,and 20%saving of soda is achived.
