影响攀钢冷轧厂氧化铁粉质量的因素及保证措施
FACTORS AFFECTING QUALITY OF FERRIC IRON POWDER AND COUNTERMEASURES AT COLD ROLLING PLANT OF PANGANG

摘要: 针对攀钢冷轧厂用盐酸酸洗液,生产氧化铁粉的过程,探讨了温度、浓缩酸密度、煤气热值及成分等对氧化铁粉质量的影响。认为当温度为630~670℃,浓缩酸密度为1.3~1.4kg/m3,煤气热值1900kJ/Nm3,空煤比0.9~2.0的情况下,能够保证氧化铁粉的质量。指出了提高产品质量的关键在降低硅含量。Abstract: Based on the process of ferric iron powder production with hydrochloric acid pickling solution at Cold Rolling Plant of Pangang. the effects of temperature, concentrated acid density,coal gas calorific value and composition etc. On the quality of ferric iron powder are discussed. It is considered that the quality of ferric iron powder can only be guaranteed under the conditions that the temperature is around 630~670℃, the concentrated acid density 1.3~1.4kg/m3, the coal gas calorific value 1900kJ/Nm3 and air-coal ratio 0.9~2.0. It is critical to decrease silicon content in ferric iron powder for the improvement of product quality.
