Study on Working Layer Materials of Mill Composite Liner

摘要: 研究了一种适合于制造轧机复合衬板的工作层材料,对衬板材料的化学组成、各种合金元素的作用及其加入量、衬板熔炼和轧制工艺进行了深入研究,衬板工作层材料经油淬和中温回火后,硬度大于HRC60,抗拉强度大于1600MPa,冲击韧性大于18J/cm2,断裂韧性大于37MPa·m0.5。应用于钢管热连轧机架上,耐磨性比堆焊衬板提高1倍以上。Abstract: A kind of material which was fit for the working layer of blast composite liner was successfully developed. A series of research was particularly carried out, such as the liner composition, the action and adding amount of alloying elements, the melt and rolling processes. After quenching in oil and tempering at middle temperature, the hardness of working layer material was over 60HRC, the tensile strength was over 1 600 MPa, the impact toughness and fracture toughness exceeded 18J/cm2 and 37MPa·m0.5 respectively. Used in the steel pipe rolling mill, the wear resistance of composite liner is one time longer than that of bead weld liner.
