OPTIMIZATION OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF VANADIUM BEARING HOT METAL IN PANGANG'S BLAST FURNACE

摘要: 根据钒钛磁铁矿的冶金特性及大型高炉冶炼含钒铁水的特点,分析了攀钢高炉含钒铁水成分对铁水在线脱硫、含钒铁水提钒炼钢的影响。建议在充分发挥钒钛磁铁矿冶炼流程中各个工艺环节的作用的基础上,通过试验研究,使高炉含钒铁水成分达到最佳化,从而使整个冶炼工艺取得更大的经济效益。Abstract: The effect of chemical composition of vanadium bearing hot metal in Pangang's blast furnace on desulphurization of hot metal, vanadium recovery from hot metal and steelmaking process is analyzed on the basis of the metallurgical features of V-Ti-bearing magnetite and the characteristics of smelting process in blast furnace. It is suggested that every smelting step should play a positive role during V-Ti-bearing magnetite smelting process, by experimental study, the chemical composition of vanadium bearing hot metal in blast furnace is made to optimize, so as to gain more benefit.
