Analysis of Surface Sliver Defect on Cold Rolled and Cold Rolled Galvanizing Sheet

摘要: 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等对冷轧钢板表面和镀锌钢板表面的线状缺陷进行了研究分析。认为连铸坯中的气泡、夹杂和轧制过程中氧化铁皮的压入是形成冷轧板表面线状缺陷的主要原因,并分别指出了由上述原因引起的缺陷各自的主要形貌特征。Abstract: The reason on the surface sliver defect of the cold rolled steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet was analyzed with optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy disperse spectrometer.Comprehensively,the bubble,inclusion in the continuous cast slab and oxide scale are the main reason of surface sliver defect formation of cold rolled sheet,meanwhile the principal morphology characteristics were indicated respectively.
