含钒高铬铸铁衬板的研制

摘要: 研究了采用铸态速冷方法获得的KmTBCr15WVTi铸铁的特性,以及钒含量对其组织、机械性能、耐磨性的影响。结果表明:用该材料制得的烧结机衬板,在常温部位使用,其寿命是7650Mn2CrMoV烧结机衬板的4~6倍,取得了较大的经济效益。Abstract: This paper investigates the characteristics of KmTBCr15WVTi cast iron which is produced using as-cast fast cooling and the effects of V content on its microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance. The results obtained show that the service life of sinter machine lining plates made of this material is 4 to 6 times longer than that of 2G50Mn2CrMoV in room temperature. Better economical benifit has been gained.
