Study on Static Recrystallization of Ti-IF Steels in Multi-pass Ferrite Deformation

摘要: 在热模拟实验机上进行了Ti-IF钢多道次铁素体区变形实验,采用后插法确定了静态再结晶分数。在实验的基础上建立了超低碳Ti-IF钢多道次铁素体变形时静态再结晶动力学模型。研究结果表明,建立的超低碳Ti-IF钢多道次铁素体变形静态再结晶动力学模型与实验结果吻合。Abstract: The experiments of multi-pass ferrite hot deformation of Ti-IF steels were carried out with hot simulator.The static recrystallization fractions for test steels were determined by back-extrapolation method.The dynamic models of static recrystallization for Ti-IF steels in multi-pass ferrite deformation were deduced on the basis of experiments.The test results show that the predicted values of static recrystallization dynamic models for Ti-IF steel confirm with the test values.
