PREPARATION OF VO2 THIN FILMS FROM INDUSTRIAL V2O5

摘要: 以工业V2O5为原料,采用N2热分解法在普通玻璃和石英玻璃衬底上制备VVO2薄膜,在自制的电阻-温度测量装置上测量VO2薄膜的电阻随温度的变化。结果表明:VO2薄膜具有明显电阻突变特性,其相变达到了1.5~2.0个数量级,相变温度约为35℃;VO2薄膜的主要成分是二氧化钒,同时含有少量其它的钒化合物。Abstract: Using industrial V2O5 as raw material,VO2 thin films are preparied by thermal decomposition method on common glass and quartz glass.The resistance changing of VO2 thin films with temperature has been tested by temperature-resistance measurement device designed by authors.The results are shown as follow:VO2 thin film has obvious suddenly changing properties,and the suddenly changing of resistance reaches 10 1.5~2.0.The changing temperature is about 35℃.The major composition of VO2 thin films is vanadium dioxide,and a little other chemical compounds of vanadium.
