钢包渣处理技术和底吹氩参数优化

摘要: 在钢包中加入精炼渣可使钢包渣中Σ(FeO+MnO)≤264%,碱度平均提高121;钢包底吹氩参数控制在流量8~12 Nm3/h,吹氩时间大于5min时,可使钢水中T[O]含量平均降低25.88%。Abstract: As refining slag is fed into ladle, Σ(FeO +MnO) ≤ 2.64% in the ladle slag is achieved and slag basicity is increased by 1.21 on an average.When parameters of ladle bottom argon blowing is controlled to 8~12 Nm3/h flow rate and argon blowing time is over 5min, T[O]in molten steel will be decreased by 25.88% on an average.
