攀钢高炉渣熔融还原碳化TiO2半工业试验研究

摘要: 介绍了在2250kVA电炉上进行的高炉渣中TiO2熔融还原碳化半工业试验。验证了熔融碳化TiO2工艺随电炉规模的扩大,动态混合有强化趋势,碳化过程利用液态炉渣物理热后,可节省电耗约40%,提高生产效率约30%。此外,操作温度范围较宽,作业人员容易掌握。Abstract: The paper describes the pilot test of carbonization of the molten blast furnace TiO2 slag in a 2250kVA electric furnace,The process of carbonization of molten TiO2 slag has a tendancy for better materials mixing with larger electric furnace. During carbonization physical heat of the molten slag can be used resulting in 40% reduction of power consumption and 30% increase of productivity.The wider range of temperature has made the operation much easier.
