高温远红外涂料在攀钢加热炉上的应用

摘要: 介绍了攀钢轨梁厂加热炉应用高温远红外涂料后对加热炉的能耗、炉温、炉衬寿命、钢坯烧损及钢坯待热时间的影响。试验结果表明,炉衬内表面喷涂涂料后,加热炉的能耗、钢坯烧损、钢坯待热时间均减少,炉膛热效率提高,炉衬剥落明显减少,综合经济效益明显。Abstract: The influence of high temperature remote-Infrared coating paint application on energy consumption,furnace temperature,life of furnace lining,metal lost of billet and waiting time of billet heating have been described in this paper. The results of tests show,after spraing inner surface of furnace lining with a coating of the paint,energy consumption of furnace,metal lost of billet and waiting time of billet heating have been reduced,calorific efficiency of furnace chamber is increased.the peeling off of furnace lining is decreased evidently,comprehensive economic benefit is obvious.
