攀钢转炉综合砌炉试验研究
TRIAL RESEARCH ON BUILDING COMBINED CONVERTER LINING IN PANZHIHUAA IRON AND STEEL

摘要: 叙述了在攀钢现行生产条件下,采用自制二级砂碳砖综合砌炉,及外购镁碳砖综合砌炉两种方案的试验情况。工业性试验表明,该两种综合砌炉方案的采用,收到了均衡炉衬、提高炉龄、节约炼钢耐火材料消耗的明显实效。提出了有待实施的两种较理想的攀钢转炉综合砌炉方案。Abstract: Two schemes on building combined converter lining with middle grade MgO-C bricks are presented under present conditions of Panzhihua iron and steel Co. The results of the industrial experiment show that obvious effects on balancing the lining, increasing the service life, and cutting down the refractory consumption have been achieved from the technology above. Finally, this paper sugguests two more ideal plans on combined converter lining.
