热轧工艺参数对08Al钢相变临界点的影响
EFFECTS OF HOT-ROLLNG TECHNICAL PARAMETERS ON PHASE TRANSITION POINTS OF 08Al STEEL

摘要: 通过Gleeble热模拟试验,研究了加热温度、压下车、变形温度和冷却速度对08Al钢Ar3和Ar1临界点的影响,分析得出了08Al钢热连轧生产中温度制度的最佳控制范围。结果表明:在保证加热质量的前提下,加热温度应控制在1200~1250℃左右;终轧温度控制在900℃左右是比较合理的;轧后冷速应在30℃/S左右。Abstract: The effects of heating temperature, reduction, deformation temperature and cooling rate on phase transition point Ar3 and Ar1 of 08Al steel were investigated through Gleebe heat-simulation test.The optimal temperature scheme for continuous hot rolling of 08Al steel was obtained.The results show that the heating temperature should be controlled in the range of 1200~1250℃,provided that heating quality is ensured. It is reasonable to control the finishing rolling temperature around 900℃ and the cooling rate after rolling about 30℃ /s.
