试论高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿的合理炉料结构
INVESTIGATION ON THE RATIONAL BURDEN STRUCTURE FOR SMELTING V-Ti BEARING MAGNETITE IN THE DLAST FURNACE

摘要: 调查了国内外高炉冶炼钒钛矿的冶炼试验、生产实践及炉料结构的试验研究。就目前攀钢的工艺流程,结合资源情况提出了炉渣中TiO2含量大于25%时的合理炉料结构为,以攀钢高碱度烧结矿为主,配加部分钒钛富块矿和贫锰矿。Abstract: This paper has reviewed the documented research work on smelting V-Ti bearing magnetite in the blast furnace. Based on the production and burdon structure trials done at home and abroad,combined with the charateristics of Pangang's current production process and the local mineral resources,a rationalized burden structure resulting in (TiO2)>25% in the slag has been put forward,of the burden,Pangang's high basicity sinter as the essential burden and a part of the vanadium and titanium-bearing lump ore and lean manganese ore as the additives.
