DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-STRENGTH MICROALLOYED STEEL Q390Eq

摘要: 介绍了济钢采用Nb+Al或V+Al微合金化及控轧技术进行高强度微合金化Q390Eq桥梁钢板的研制情况,并对Nb+Al或V+Al微合金化钢生产工艺及力学性能、焊接性能等进行了分析,摸索出了Q390Eq桥梁钢板的成分设计及控制轧制的工艺参数,对生产高强度、高韧性的微合金化钢板具有参考价值。Abstract: In the course of development for high-strength microalloyed Q390Eq steel plate, the technology of Nb+Al or V+Al microalloying and controlled rolling (CR) were applied. Some analyses on its production process,mechanics properties and welding performances were carried out. The suitable composition of Q390Eq for bridge use and its CR parameters were established. The results are also useful for the development of other microalloyed steel plate with high strength and toughness.
