高炉型钛渣中V2O5对TiO2还原的抑制

摘要: 实验研究表明,含钛高炉渣中钒氧化物的存在可抑制钛氧化物的还原,但(V2O5)含量超过2%以上才能充分发挥其抑制作用。提高还原反应温度可明显地增进钒、钛、硅间迁移反应的进行。Abstract: The experimental study suggests that the TiO2 reduction can be inhibited by the vanadium oxide present in the Ti containing slag. However, the reduction can't be effectively inhibited unless the content of V2O5 exceeds 2%. As the reduction temperature increase,the migration reaction between V,Ti and Si can be remarkably promoted.
