ORTHOGONAL TEST OF OPTIMUM STRENGTH AND TOUGHNESS OF CONTINUOUS CASTING Ni-Cr-Mo-V STEEL

摘要: 选用4因素3水平9组试验的正交试验法,得到了连铸Ni-Cr-Mo-V钢最佳强韧性的热处理工艺参数,给出冷却速度和回火温度是提高强韧性的两个主要影响因素,可信度达到95%~99%,淬火温度和回火时间则为次要因素。最佳工艺参数为:冷却速度4.4℃ s,入水温度620℃,回火温度680℃,回火时间40min。其强韧性值分别为:抗拉强度571.6MPa,-40℃冲击功192J。Abstract: Heat treatment technology parameters of continuous casting Ni-Cr-Mo-V steel with optimum strength and toughness were obtained through orthogonal test of 4 factors,3 levels and 9 experiments.It is presented that the cooling speed and tempering temperature are the main factors to improve strength and toughness of steel.Believed degree is 95%~99%.Quenching temperature and tempering time are less important factors.The best technological parameters are cooling speed 4.4℃ s,quenching temperature 620℃,tempering temperature 680℃,tempering time 40min, σs=571.6MPa and Akv(-40℃)=192J.
