制取碳化钒试验研究
STUDY ON MAKING VANADIUM CARBIDE

摘要: 研究了用多聚钒酸铵加炭粉混合压制成型,在一定的温度下进行烧结,通氨气保护制取碳化钒的新工艺。考察了多聚钒酸铵及炭粉质量、炭粉粒度、配碳比、烧结温度、氮气流量、恒温时间等对碳化钒质量的影响。在实验室获得了合格的碳化钒产品。Abstract: This paper deals with a new method to make vanadium carbide using the compacted mixture of APV and carbon powder which is sintered at the given temperature and under argon atmosphere. The influence of the quality of APV and carbon powder, size and proportioning ratio of the carbon powder, sintering temperature, flow rate of Ar. and time of constant tempermture on the quality of vanadium carbide was studied. Qualified vanadium carbide was made in the lab.
