加钛高速钢的性能特点

摘要: 阐明了三种钛量加入M2高速钢中对其冶炼、锻轧和切削加工性能均无影响。钛能细化晶粒,对二次硬化贡献不大,对红硬性有降低趋势,但能提高抗弯强度、挠度、冲击韧性和耐磨性。Abstract: It is illustrated in this paper that additives with three different Ti concentrations to the M2 high speed steel have no influence on its steelmaking forging, and cutting properties. Titanium can refine the grain, and has a little contribution to the secondary hardenning and a trend to decrease the red hardness. However, it can improve the bending strength, deflection, impact toughness and abrasion resistance.
