攀枝花钛铁矿还原反应动力学研究
REDUCTION KINETICS OF PANZHIHUA ILMENITE

摘要: 根据热力学分析结果确定了入炉气体的合理气相组成(pH2 pH2O)。并在此基础上分别定量地研究了预氧化钛铁矿在还原反应过程中Fe3+→Fe2+和Fe2+→Fe的动力学行为。宏观动力学分析和固态物料反应区域显微形貌的检测表明,在本实验条件下,固态产物的晶核形成与长大过程为钛铁矿还原反应的速率限制性环节。得出了两步反应的表观反应速率常数。Abstract: Proper gaseous composition was determined by means of thermodynamic analysis, based on the results of which,the kinetic behaviors of the stepwise reaction in the course of the reduction of preoxidized ilmenite, Fe3+→Fe2+ and Fe2+→Fe, were investigated. According to the kinetic analysis and the microstructure examination of the cross-section of partially reacted grains, the nucleation and growth of the newly formed phases were the rate-controlling step for the overall reduction of ilmenite under the experimental conditions. The apparent reaction rate constants of the two stepwise reactions were determined.
