复合脱硫剂研究与生产应用

摘要: 研究了在电石粉中加入部分辅助反应剂后,得到的复合脱硫剂及它在喷吹法铁水脱硫生产中的应用情况。试验认为,铁水脱硫效率达到了纯电石粉的脱硫效果。实际生产结果表明:在铁水平均硫含量为0.071%,脱硫剂平均消耗为8.08kg/tFe情况下,平均铁水脱硫效率为90.45%;脱硫后铁水含硫量平均为0.0065%,铁水平均温度损失为19℃。达到了搅拌法的脱硫水平。Abstract: A complex desulfurizer and its application to the desulfurization of hot metal by pneumatic injection were discussed. Using CaC2 mixed with the supplemental reactants, the rate of desulfurization was the same as that of pure CaC2.Operational results show that the average desulfurization rate was 90.45%,the average final S content in the hot metal 0.0065% and the average temperature loss of hot metal 19℃, while the average initial S content in the hot metal was 0.071% and the average desulfurizer consumption 8.08kg/tFe. The effect of desulfurization was the same as the level of KR process.
