攀钢高炉渣提取TiO2及Sc2O3扩大试验

摘要: 阐述了用攀钢高炉渣制取颜料级钛白粉和高纯Sc2O3的方法。合理利用酸解液中各组分元素的影响、控制脱铝量、调整钛液总离子浓度、制备活性高的晶种,制出了BA01-01钛白。采用全萃取法从水解后的废酸中提出了品位达99.99%的SC2O3,具有推广应用价值。Abstract: Methods for preparation of titanium dioxide pigment and high purity Sc2O3 from B.F. slag at Panzhihua I. & S. Co. are introduced.The BA01-01 titanium dioxide was produced by rational use of element interaction in acidolysis liquor,control of aluminium removal,modification of total ion concentration in titanium liquor and preparation of high activity seed crystal.Sc2O3 of up to 99, 99% grade was recovered from waste acid after hydrolysis using full extraction method. The technology is widely applicable.
