钢轨实物疲劳试验条件的研究

摘要: 主要介绍利用MTS TestStar材料试验机进行钢轨实物疲劳试验情况,结果说明原TB1354-79标准关于试验条件的规定有必要进一步明确和具体化。在试验条件范围内,加载频率提高对试验结果没有影响,而夹持力过大则带来不利影响。Abstract: The article mainly discusses the full-scale fatigue testing of steel rail with the material tester MTS TestStar,the results of which indicate that it is necessary to further clarify and specify the specifications originally defined for the testing conditions in the standard TB1354-79. Within the range of testing conditions,the increment of loading frequency does not affect the test result, while the excessive gripping force may give rise to detrimental influence.
