攀钢稀土处理钢生产工艺

摘要: 开发了用稀土处理钢液的工艺。加稀土前先用碱土金属（Ca，Ba，Mg）对钢液脱氧、脱硫，然后将含稀土的复合包芯线喂入钢中，以生产合金结构钢、弹簧钢。经过上述处理后，再向结晶器喂稀土包芯线，就可生产管线钢、汽车大梁板和耐候钢等优质钢。这些钢的总氧含量（T·O）≤20ppm，具有良好的力学性能。Abstract: The technology for rare earth treatment of molten steel was developed. The molten steel is deoxidized and desulphurized using alcalin-earth metals(Ca, Ba, Mg) before rare earth adding into molten steel, then the combined cored wire containing rare earth is fed into molten steel so as to produce alloy structural steel and spring steel.After treatments above, the rare earth cored wire is fed into mold when the quality steels such as line pipe, automobile frame steel plate and weather-resistant steel etc.are made.The total oxygen content of the quality steel is ≤ 20ppm, they have good mechanical properties.
