PHASE ANALYSIS OF ALUMINIUM IN AD COMBINED DESULPHURIZING AGENT

摘要: 分析试样中加入过量FeCl3溶液,经搅拌使试样中金属铝 (MAl)与Fe3+离子发生氧化———还原反应,生成Al3+进入溶液中,三氧化二铝 (Al2O3)不参与反应仍留在沉淀物中。过滤后含Al3+溶液经除氟,分离钙、镁、铁等离子后,用CuSO4滴定法测定MAl量,再由总铝量减去MAl,计算可得AD复合脱硫剂中Al2O3含量。Abstract: The excessive FeCl3 solution is added into the analytical sample.The metallic aluminiun (MAl) in the sample is made to oxidizing-reducing react with Fe3+ by means of stirring,resulting Al3+ coming into solution.The Al2O3 doesn't react,retains in the precipitate.After fluorine is removed and calcium,magnesium and iron separated from the Al3+ bearing filter liquor,the MAl content is determined with CuSO4 titrimetry,the MAl content is subtracted from the total Al content,then the Al2O3 content is calculated.
