PREPARATION OF RUTILE NANOMETER TITANIA APPLICABLE TO VLTRA-VIOLET SCREENING

摘要: 以偏钛酸为原料, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备抗紫外金红石纳米二氧化钛, 着重研究了金红石促进剂添加量、反应温度、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对二氧化钛的晶型转化率、粒径的影响, 并讨论了晶粒尺寸对紫外屏蔽的影响。Abstract: Using TiO(OH)2 as raw material to prepare rutile nanometer titania applicable to ultra-violet screening by employing of Sol-Gel method was studied. The study concentrated on the influence of the amount of rutile accelerator, reaction temperature, calcining temperature and duration against the rate of crystalline phase transition of tiania and crystal dimension. The effects of nanometer titania crystal dimension on the absorption of ultra violet was also discussed.
