Research on Ultra-fine Grain and Ultra-High Toughness Steel Plate

摘要: 介绍了在厚板试验轧机上进行的组织超细化工艺试验及取得的成果。采用一种回温轧制工艺,试制出最大厚度为40mm,具有表层超细晶粒组织的高强度钢板;对以多道次小变形量轧制法生产超细晶中厚板(厚度:12mm和20mm)进行了研究。通过对微合金钢热机械加工结合再结晶处理的新型工艺组合的研究,开发了一种具有特殊显微组织的结构钢新产品,该类新型结构钢的优良韧性大大超过相同成分的微合金钢,因此可以使用于要求超高止裂性能的结构中,为诸如船舶、桥梁、大型建筑和钢结构等提供一种高性能材料。Abstract: The structure ultra-fining technological test on the heavy plate rolling machine and the results were presented. The high strength plate with 40mm thickness and ultra-fine grain surface layer was produced by use of temperature-reversion rolling process. A production process of ultra-fine grain medium plate (thickness:12mm and 20mm) by use of multi passes and small reduction rolling process was researched. A new kind of structural steel plate with special microstructure was developed through combining thermal mechanical rolling with re-crystallization treatment to micro-alloy steel. This new kind of structural steel can be used in the structure required ultra-high crack restrain property and provide a kind of high property material for ship, bridge, large scale building, steel structure and so on,because it has far more excellent toughness than the same composition micro-alloyed steel.
