Experiment on Hydrogen Reduction of Titanium Concentrate

摘要: 随着钛需求的不断扩大,研究钛精矿的高效开发利用具有重要意义,特别是以氢为还原剂的绿色火法冶炼生产高钛渣工艺研究备受关注。采用管式炉氢还原钛精矿,试验结果表明,钛精矿在反应温度1 000℃,反应物粒度小于0.088 mm,反应时间20 min以上的条件下,还原效果较好。Abstract: With the increase of titanium demand,the research on the reasonable utilizaion of titanium concentrate shows an important meaning,especially the environmental friendly pyrometallurgical process for high titanium slag preparation becomes a hot spot.The reduction processes of titanium concentrate with hydrogen gas in the tubular-furnace are discussed.It indicates that it has better reaction effect for titanium concentrate under the temperature of 1 000℃,with particle size of -0.088 mm and reaction time up to 20 min.
