含TiO2高炉渣-铁的还原与脱硫过程

摘要: 模拟高炉从滴落带至炉缸的温度变化过程,进行了合成渣-生铁的还原与脱硫实验。根据实验数据对反应过程中的[V],[Ti],[Si],[S]的变化及TiO2还原、还原的V量、脱硫能力与渣成分的关系进行了探讨。对冶炼钒钛矿渣中TiO2为25%左右时,为减少TiO2的还原且保持适当的脱硫能力,炉渣所选择的适当组成提出了参考意见。Abstract: The desulphurization and reduction process of synthetic titaniferous slag with molten pig iron have been studied simulating the temperature variation from the dropping zone to hearth of the blast furnace. The variation of [V],[Ti],[Si] and [S] contents during reaction and the relation between the slag composition and the desulphurization capacity, TiO2 reduction have been examined. A slag composition is recommended in order to decrease TiO2 reduction and preserve the desulphurizing capacity when smelting titanomagnetite with TiO2 content about 25% in the slag.
