提高攀钢烧结机多孔烧嘴前后预制梁寿命的研究

摘要: 针对攀钢烧结机多孔烧嘴前后矾土水泥预制梁,平均使用寿命仅有2个月的问题,通过研究低水泥结合高铝浇注料预制梁,并改进预制梁的安装方法,使用寿命提高到6个月以上,最高可达16个月。Abstract: The average life of the alumina cement prefabricated beam in front and back of the burner of the sintering machine was only two months at Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co. To solve the problem,the beam of low-cement in combination with high alumina castable refractory has been developed and the erection method has been improved.Consequently,the service life is raised to over 6 months,with the maximum life up to 16 months.
