Abstract: According to the characteristics of cover annealing process,effects of chemical compositions,cold rolled reduction and annealing process on the microstructure and properteis of the St37-2G coldrolled steel sheet were investigated sysmatically.The controlling method of the plastic strain ratio of the steel was discussed and a technical plan to produce St37-2G coldrolled steel sheet with weighted average value of high plastic strain ratio(r_m) was put forward.The industrially-produced St37-2G coldrolled steel sheet exhibited excellent stamping properties.
