RESEARCH ON CONTROLLED COOLING OF H-BEAM

摘要: 针对H型钢轧后冷却过程中存在翼缘强度性能不足、残余应力分布不均等质量问题,设计并建成了H型钢控制冷却试验装置,进行了控制冷却试验研究,取得了一定的研究成果,使厚规格H型钢在实施轧后控制冷却时,翼缘表面冷却速度达到20℃/s以上,翼缘与腹板交界处的冷速达30℃/s以上,为H型钢在线控制冷却装置的建设作了必要的技术准备。Abstract: An experimental device of H-beam controlled cooling was designed and installed, in order to eliminate or reduce the defects of H-beam, such as the inadequate of wing strength and the uneven-distributed of survival stress in the process of rear cooling after rolling. The research trials on controlled cooling of H-beam were carried out. During the controlled cooling process of heavy section H-beam, the cooling rate at wing surface exceeds 20℃/s, the cooling rate at interface of wing and web plate surpasses 30℃/s.The research results are the foundation of installing online controlled cooling equipment.
