摘要: 结合攀钢半钢炼钢.转炉终点钢液氧活度高且波动范围大的问题,采用“出钢加专用脱氧剂预脱氧十二次喂铝线怕方法,解决了成品[Si]超标及[Als]命中率低的问题。Abstract: The semi-steel steelmaking in convert at pangang results in high oxygen activity and its large fluctuation in molten steel in end point of blowing. Therefore,predeoxidation with special deoxidizer and Al wire feeding in twice are adopted. The problem of [Si]content exceeding standard and low hitting percent of [Als]content are solved.
