摘要: 介绍了露天矿临近固定帮的控制内容,即有效地预裂爆破、有效地控制最大段药量和总药量、有效地控制固定帮坡体上爆破松动带厚度。认为台阶并段国内外矿山已普遍采用,双并段台阶坡面一次预裂爆破的形成工艺及设备配套是关键。并根据美国CM695D一次穿孔深 36m的专用边坡预裂孔钻机配套设备的条件,提出了相匹配的双台阶并段坡面一次形成工艺和穿爆参数的最优化设计。Abstract: The controlled blasting nearly to fixed boundary,i.e.effective presplit blasting,effective control of explosive charge at maximum step and total explosive charge and effective thickness control of blasting shock layer nearly close to fixed boundary,is discussed.It is considered that primary presplit blasting formed process of double-parallel bench slope and equipment are keys to parallel step bench,which is normally used at home and abroad.Primary formed process and drilling blasting parameter optimization of the double bench parallel-step slope are presented in accordance to the special slope presplit drilling hole equipment (US CM695D) with primary 36m deep pierce.PLITCONTROL
