高炉原料系统耐磨衬板的研制

摘要: 研究了KmTBCr25Ni2MoV铸铁的铸态、空淬态及铸态速冷状态的特性,以及碳对其耐磨性、机械性能的影响。同时利用铸态速冷工艺措施并辅以结构上的完善,使研制的高炉原料系统KmTBCr25Ni2MoV衬板寿命比高锰钢或锰钢板提高3~5倍。使用表明,KmTBCr25Ni2MoV材质是用于冲击磨料磨损工况下的优良抗磨材料之一。Abstract: This paper investigates the characteristics of KmTBCr25Ni2MoV high chromium cast iron which is produced as cast,air quenching and as cast fast cooling,and the effects of carbon content on its abrasion resistance and mechanical properties.By using as cast fast cooling technology and improving the frame of lining plates,the life of lining plates is 4 to 6 times longer than ZGMn13 and steel containing manganese element.This material is one of the best materials used under impact abrasive conditions.
