Optimizing Heat Schedule of Billet in Reheating Furnace

摘要: 在工业生产条件下测量了铸坯加热温度分布,工业试验确定了加热炉经济负荷运行区,建立了推钢式加热炉铸坯加热过程的一维稳态数学模型。根据测量结果结合数学模型对铸坯加热温度分布进行了计算和分析,提出了加热炉合理的热工制度。经现场实施应用,加热炉煤气单耗降低5.3%;铸坯沿长度方向的温差下降10℃;出炉铸坯平均断面温差为38℃。Abstract: The temperature distribution of continuous casting billet in reheating furnace was measured under practical operation.The economic range of operation load for reheating furnace was determined,and the one-dimension stable-state mathematic model of billet reheating course in pusher-type reheating furnace was established.The temperature distribution of continuous casting billet in reheating furnace was calculated and analyzed based on the measured results and mathematic model.A optimum heat schedule of billet in reheating furnace was presented.The practical operation of new heat schedule show following results:the gas consume of reheating furnace reduce 5.3%,the temperature difference along the length of billet decrease 10℃,and the temperature difference along the cross section of billet is 38℃.
