Study on Modifiers for Impurities Removal in Microwave Leaching of Titanium Material

摘要: 研究了一种新型的改性剂,可以将其应用于微波加热含钛料除钙镁等杂质制取高品质富钛料的浸出过程,并进行了系统的条件实验。实验结果表明,在浸出过程中加入改性剂可大幅度提高杂质的浸出率,钙的浸出率可达到96.96%,镁的浸出率为99.79%,全铁的浸出率为93.05%。实验优化结果:选择改性剂B,其用量为10%,浸出时间为90 min,富钛料的品位可达到94.89%。Abstract: A new modifier was developed.It could be used in microwave leaching course to remove impurities such as Ca and Mg for preparing rich titanium material from titanium material.The systemic conditional experiments were conducted on the flow sheet.It was showed that adding the modifier in microwave leaching course could raise leaching rates of the impurities.The leaching rate of impurities was as follows:CaO 96.96%,MgO 99.79%,and TFe 93.05%.The optimum technological parameters include selecting modifier B,its content 10%,and 90 min leaching time.The content of TiO2 of rich titanium material could reach 94.89% under the optimum conditions.
