STUDY OF CARBONIZATION AND DESULFURIZATION FOR SEMI-STEEL PRODUCED IN SMELTING OF TITANIUM SLAG

摘要: 针对钛渣副产半钢的特点,结合攀枝花地区铁原料市场的需求,研究了钛渣副产半钢的增碳、脱硫和合金化工艺,通过处理可将半钢加工成提钒冷却剂,球墨铸铁和铸造生铁或低碳生铁,具有较好的经济效益。Abstract: As a byproduct produced in smelting of titanium slag,semi-steel could be the raw of cooling agent used in extraction of vanadium,spheroidal graphite cast iron,casting pig and low-carbon pig iron.According to the quality of semi-steel and the market demand for iron-raw,the technologies for carbonizing,desulfurizing and alloying of semi-steel were studied.The above-mentioned products maded from semi-steel are of good economical benefits.
