攀钢连铸堆焊复合辊研制与应用

摘要: 选择了国内通用的单丝埋弧焊成熟技术堆焊连铸辊。通过实验室对比了15CrMo辊芯母材和堆焊金属的性能,选择并优化了堆焊工艺参数,使堆焊的连铸复合辊实物水平达到了企业内部技术条件。经工业装机试验表明,堆焊的连铸复合辊较15CrMo普通连铸堆焊辊使用寿命提高3~6倍。Abstract: Continuous cast rolls are welded in build-up through the single-wire submerged arc welding technology used commonly at home. The properties between 15CrMo roll ore matrix and build-up welding metal are compared through the tests and the process parameters of build-up welding are chosen and optimized, in which properties of continuous cast roll with build-up welding reaches to enterprise technique standard. The test on industry application indicate that the service life of build-up welded continuous cast composite rolls is 3-6 times larger than ordinary 15CrMo build-up welded continuous cast rolls.
