Experimental Study of Dual-Phase Type Hot-rolling Automobile Structure Steel

摘要: 通过实验室轧制和卷取模拟试验,研究热轧双相钢工艺与组织性能关系。结果表明:采用C-S i-Mn-Cr系成分和轧后两段式冷却,在低温卷取工艺下,可获得理想的铁素体+马氏体双相组织,且力学性能优异;由组织性能分析可知,本试验钢的铁素体体积分数主要取决于开冷温度,而两段水冷间的空冷时间影响不明显;同时,由回火试验分析可知,试验钢在175℃以下时,马氏体处于稳定状态。Abstract: The relationships of process and microstructure and properties of hot rolled dual-phase steel(DP600) were investigated by laboratory rolling and simulation of coiling.The result showed that this DP steel with C-Si-Mn-Cr was provided with ferrite and martensite,and possessed excellent properties by using two-stage cooling and low-temperature coiling.It can be seen from the results that the volume fraction of ferrite of this experimental steel was mainly affected by the beginning temperature of water cooling better than time of air cooling.At the same time,the results of tempering experiments showed that martensite of this steel was stable only under 175℃.
