STUDY ON INTERNAL SHAPE AND FLOW CONTROL DEVICES OF SIX-STRAND TUNDISH FOR BLOOM CASTER

摘要: 通过对多流中间包冶金的分析,提出了六流大方坯连铸中间包内腔形状的选型方案和控流装置的设计原则。研究表明攀钢六流大方坯连铸中间包采用近似T形中间包结构形状最为合理,近似T形六流中间包内合理的控流装置是围墙+双坝或双斜墙+双坝的组合模式。Abstract: On the base of metallurgical mechanism in multi-strand tundish, the scheme of choosing internal shape and design rules of flow control device for six-strand tundish were put forward. The results show that optimized internal shape of the tundish is an approximate T-shape tundish for six-strand bloom caster at PZH Steel. The rational flow control device in the tundish is a combination scheme with a weir and two dams.
